Neelam helped me and my wife purchase our first home in Aurora, CO. She made the process simple throughout and after seeing about Seven houses with her in July 2022 we found the one after ample research and seeing it in person. From first seeing the home to finally closing it , it only took us about 21 days and we got the house at much lower than the asking price (thanks to Neelam's negotiation skills). Neelam is diligent and dedicated to her work. From helping us put in the offer, lining up home inspection, to closing process she kept constant communication with us via email text and phone and was always available when needed. Not only that, she also constantly educated us throughout the process. She truly is the best and has a genuine passion for her work and always gives priority to her clients -- trust me, she knows her stuff up and down and will fight for you.
